Q: What about the color?Must it be the fixed color in the picture or can we choose another one?

A: Macy-Pan can change the color of the cover. Macy-Pan would be happy to show you pictures of all the colors available.

Q: Can you add my logo?

A: Custom logos are available for a $500 customization fee. You need to send Macy-Pan your logo first for evaluation.

Q: How do do the maintenance?

A: Just replace air filters every 12 months. Macy-Pan will send you spares.

Q: Do you have certification?

A: Macy-Pan have CE, ISO13485, ISO9001, ASME and other certification.

Q: Do we need to buy extra oxygen bottle/tank?

A: No need to buy extra oxygen bottle, the machine will produce oxygen by itself from the ambient air, electricity is all you need.

A: Usually takes about 1 hours per session to 2 hours, 3-5 times per week. The service life of Macy-pan hbot chamber is about 5000 times, depending on how often you use it; we recommend using it no more than 5 times a day, no more than 5 days a week.

A: Yes, Macy-Pan can offer 2 year warranty, price is 15% increased based on the current offer.
